  2. Pay-per-ticket (buy credit and use it for your needs, 1 at a time or in bulk)
  3. Pay-for-time (buy hours of support).

We recommend the monthly subscription for most people. It is usually the most advantageous option: it's adaptable and fits most needs. The subscription can be terminated at any time, no questions asked (termination is effective at the end of the month in progress). The purchase of a new subscription after a cancellation can be done after a period of 3 months, with exception to special dispositions.
